  • SHIPPING POLICY

    Thank you for your order. Our goal is for all packages to be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your order. At checkout you are able to select either ECONOMY or RUSH SHIPPING. We are not liable for any delays caused by delivery carriers. We will not refund any shipping charges if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please use the tracking number provided with shipment and reach out to the delivery carrier with any concerns.
  • LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

    If selecting LOCAL PICKUP during checkout, please email us for specifics. LOCAL PICKUP inventory is located in North Hills Raleigh. We can also coordinate delivery in the following areas: Durham/Raleigh/Hillsborough, North Carolina. Our goal is to have pickup orders available within 2-4 days. If choosing LOCAL PICKUP for Boone, NC- please email for date/time availability BEFORE CHECKOUT. Please make sure to bring your confirmation email to pickup.
  • REFUND POLICY

    We do not offer any refunds/order cancellations once orders are placed. For eligible returns, we will offer store credit. All eligible items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery. Store credit will be issued for items returned in their original, immaculate condition, free from wear or washing, unaltered, and tags intact. Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted and returned back to the sender via the same delivery carrier.
